This thread just does not add up.

I know Jeff and we have talked about the business arrangement he has with Pornkings. Correct me if I am wrong, but dosent Pornkings own half of Jeff's revshare program? And isnt Pornkings paying all the operational expenses for Perfection Cash? Thats what I understood anyways.

It was also my understanding that Jeff just draws a salary from Pornkings to market Perfection Cash and shoot content and that 50% of the operational budget comes out of Perfection Cash. Jeff never see's the money other then his salary. So, if that is the case, Pornkings would have bought this ipod then deducted 50% of its cost from the Perfection Cash operation budget.

So if thats the case, why isnt Pornkings being called out on this? Seems like something they should have handled and just charged 50% of the ipod cost against Jeffs revshare operations budget.

I do know that Jeff only gets a salary.

Well I guess it comes down to how the company is run. Wasnt there a huge banner here on GFY or something about this contest? I seem to recall one. If so I guess just see or find out who paid for the banner spot. If Jeff paid for the banner out of his own money without Pornkings knowledge of the
contest then yes, Jeff would be responsible in my mind.
But, if Pornkings paid for the banner the contest must have come out of the operational budget leaving Pornkings responsible for buying the ipods then deducting the cost from the Perfection Cash operational expenses. Just can't
see how in the world this is on Jeff.

It's been made clear several times that Jeff has nothing to do with the money
and he is not paying the bills. If that's indeed the case then Pornkings
should have bought the ipod and charged it against Perfection Cash. That only seems logical. I just can't see holding Jeff responsible for this if in fact he does not have anything to do with the finances.

Just seems to me that there are a couple of you are just out for blood. None of this adds up when looking to point fingers at Jeff. Find out who paid for the banner spot and if Pornkings knew there was a contest running. If Pornkings paid for the banner spot then they were aware of the contest making them resposible for at least half of the cost of the contest. Again, it is my understanding that Jeff has nothing to do with the money.

I could be wrong, but if I were running a partnership like they have. That's how I would do it.

While I am sure your intentions are noble and good, I would kindly ask you to not presume to know "all" the details involved in any arrangements between Perfection Cash and Pornkings.com or this contest. I know I have never spoken with you in regards to business, so I would have to assume your information is derived from snipets of posts and or information you have received in speaking with Jeff in regards to his business arangements. Most business arrangements are fairly complex, and in most cases can not be summed up in two paragraphs on a message board. Again, I do appreciate your intentions and I assume they are good ones.

I have recently been made aware of this issue, I will investigate it and handle it in an appropriate fashion.

Actually, this is not entirely true. Quashe and I had discussed doing some design work for some of the PC sites. Quashe expressed his feelings and reservations on the matter. we talked about the situation , He agreed to do the designs for Pornkings if we would like him to. By the time we had this conversation, the sites were ordered from another designer.

Is that what you really think happened? You feel Pornkings scammed somebody by making a purchase of another company?? Our affiliates are paid on time, I don't recall anytime since this aquisition a PerfectionCash affiliate complaining they haven't been paid. So there really isn't any reason to feel "sorry" for any of our affiliates on a financial level.

This thread is in regards to a contest prize. I have addressed that issue in an earlier post and plan to stick to my word as always.

If you feel Pornkings has wronged you in some way I'd love for you to contact me so I might have the oppurtunity to try and repair that relationship.

If You feel perfectioncash has wronged you Please contact me.

But if this is a personal issue with myself or any other individual I don't know how much help or comfort I can offer you.
