The money I withdrew is ALREADY MY MONEY. It's not a commission, that's what they take when someone sends money or I use an ATM.

What they took is MY MONEY and charged me an exchange rate on the money that I already own.

When you exchange currency, the bank or money changer always makes a percentage. It doesn't matter if you "own" the money or not.

If you have money in a bank account, and you change it to foreign currency, your bank makes money off of you for that. Banks have different sell and buy rates.

I don't see anything wrong here.

Seems like epass can set whatever rate they want even after their processing fees are made with the funds?

Exactly. My Epassporte and Paypal accounts both have a crappy exchange rate when I withdraw from an ATM. Hell, my business US dollar account at the bank down the street has a disappointing rate. You'll get this anywhere.
