This was submitted to the casting agency I worked at last year. We were doing FOX's remake of Mr. Ed. They eventually went with Sherman Hemsley as the voice, but before he died ODB or Darrin McGirk, submitted an mp3 of him reading all the lines from the pilot script. I don't see how we didn't give him the role.
