Make a second user under win 2k ie: you have Admin and then add another user Admin2 with same privilges. This might or might not help as I dont know specifics

Lets for the sake of this thread we assume that his problem is that he wants to use IE with 3 different proxies loaded at the same time. There's no way you can do this unless you have 3 different user accounts.

Why not just point the install to a different folder?

c/windows/adobe/photoshop
c/windows/adobe1/photoshop
c/windows/adobe2/photoshop
c/windows/adobe3/photoshop

etc...

And as soon as you have 10 user account you start 10 instances of KAzza with 10 different shared folders with 10 000 pics in each one of them, with big fat link to your site on each pic.

And as soon as you grow some balls you switch to XP, download PowerToys for WindowsXP which makes switching b/n user accounts a breeze.
OK I'm out of here.......

Dude, listen to what I'm telling you. With some programs you can run only ine instance - you can have 20 instances of Notepad but only one of Winamp for example. You need different user accounts. It's much easier than it sounds.

What program are you trying to run? I know some have an option to run more than one instance in the option contro panel or properties.

You will have to run the application on indivual windows useraccounts, or edit the app frame (so that more than one instance can be loaded). I believe there are a few simpler solutions to this, so you might want to hit up google.
