How the hell would we know? Your best bet would be to find a midget in the shopping mall or somewhere similar and ask him or her.
Be sensitive how you ask though. "Midget" is not politically correct, so when you find one say "Excuse me, but I was wondering where the best place to buy little person pornography is and I figured you would know."
