Insite now sending 50k/day to our TGP2.

Hi everyone,

Insite would like to announce that we are now sending 50k uniques/day to our TGP2 (from now on). Given the initial success of TGP2, we are increasing our commitment to the TGP2 concept.

The purpose of our TGP2 is to reward our affiliates and help promote the TGP2 concept in general.

Taken from the TGP2 board:

I'll repeat this one more time very slowly
Limiting the gallerybuilder is for TGP1
Expanding the possibilities for gallerybuilders is for TGP2

Smutfix is LIMITING the possibilities for gallerybuilders with the new rules.

If this is the way Smutfix is going to be then they are no TGP2 but a TGP listing TGP2 galleries and no more.

Smutfix follows all TGP2 rules. We only list TGP2 galleries. We only trade with TGP2s. I think if Due is coming to TGP2, it only shows we are on the right track.

So forcing gallerybuilders into using a sponsor is now TGP2 politics?

I DON'T THINK SO!!!!

ok my turn.. and excuse me if i restat someones elses arguments. i havent read the whole post overthere.. i dont have the attention span
smutfix is part of the insite family, there for no matter how hard you want them to be unbiased they are not going to be, and thats fair. what they have done for tgp2 is truely brung it to life, they have fought for it behind the scenes and on stage.

That said if they say you have to have Colin is god on top of every gallery accepted to smutfix, if you want to get listed youl put that there, it is just like any tgp, tgp2 they make the rules for the gallerys they accept.

i can feel where you are comming from though CC. you say it is limiting the webmaster, right. why? if they have the traffic use it send some traffic to insite bro. it aint going to hurt ya it might put some money in ya pocket, and you will gain, like they said use the traffic to go to your tgp2 then post what ya want to. i guess what im trying to say is, why the moaning, its there baby let them raise it the way they want to. hell it all sounds sweet to me

1 If we submit to that we might just aswell submit to TGP1 there is no differenence the rules are crazy on both

2 I will NEVER and I mean never let another decide where I send my traffic to
If they demand a recip fine they deserve it, if they give the best spots to their members great I'm all for it if they exclude everybody else that is WRONG!!!

And I will never be a part of that!

Code,

First of all. We have no rules for trading with SmutFix. So everyone knows that.

Second. We require that one have an active account with TGP2 Bucks. Just an active account. Send 10 hits and that's active. In exchange a webmaster can received 1000s of high quality, high CTR, high signup traffic.

We tested and CTR on the top galleries on SmutFix is over 40%! This is because much of the traffic source for Smutfix is search engines.

What is the problem? I just submitted a TGP2 gallery (my first) to SmutFix last night. They don't even demand that TGP2Bucks ad is on the gallery that you submit. So, I can't see why you are so bent out of shape about this.

Hmmmm....50k/day fed into TGP2 system. This is good. Maybe my 800/day trade with SmutFix becomes 1600/day. Maybe this happens to all of the guys trading with SmutFix. If that happens, all our trades will grow. When that happens, more TGP webmasters (like me, Due, etc) will open new, or more, TGP2 sites. More traffic for the TGP2 submitter, more chances to be seen. More chances for sales.

I respect the fact that you have your own opinions. I just don't agree with you on this one. And I really don't see the need for a big discussion about it.

You like it, you subit/trade with SmutFix. You don't like it, you don't submit/trade with SmutFix.

Colin,

Wolfshade sent you an email this is a snippet out of it I agree with 100%(and better said then I ever could)

Quote:
Same goes for your trade agrument offcourse you allow them they are supposed
to become the blood of Smutfix in the near future.

What better ground then a solid arsenal of TGP2's depending on your traffic
using your program.

Don't get me wrong as a marketing concept it's noting short of brilliant I
absolutely agree on that but as far as helping TGP2 I don't think making a
bunch of sites dependand on your traffic is the way to go.
I think that pretty much sums up the trade part of your argument.

This would make sense except that we don't require that our trades use our program.

Amputate,

Your exact words: "I am anti-TGP2"

TGP2s are kicking TGP1s asses for money.
People are throwing their massive resources behind TGP2. I told you a bunch of TGP1 webmasters were getting ready to jump ship to TGP2. I have a good list. Maybe some of them will post here in the next week. Or just check out the top TGP2s and watch them appear.

As a confirmed "Anti-TGP2" webmaster I don't see how this concerned you.

But since you say it does .. does it bother you when someone requires a recip to their TGP? Does it bother you when they tell you how many pics they have to have? Does it bother you when they say what quality the pics have to be?

Amputate, I think SmutFix represents a threat you hadn't thought of. What if someone takes 50k high quality traffic and sends it into the TGP2 system.
http://www.buildinganempire.com/fugue.html

My understanding is that Wolfshade and CC are considering the same thing. Hell, we might be willing to throw more traffic into TGP2 if other sponsors/webmasters do.

CC .. you are right .. too heated of a discussion. So let's chill on each other and promote the hell out of TGP2 together again .. as we have been doing. TGP2 is so here to stay. The writing is on the wall. TGP2s are kicking ass.

I look forward to your new project if you should decide to do it and sincerly hope you do. It would be GREAT for TGP2.

Colin,

I'm not threatened by anything. And I'm not anti-tgp2... you should learn to separate smart-ass remarks from seriousness. Or perhaps I should start making notes under them. Anyway, no.... it doesn't bother me to have to put recips on pages... it's a standard recognized practice. It does bother me when someone tries to tell me what sponsors I can and cannot use. Because I simply will not conform to bullshit like that. And to those people I say, blow me.

But as far as tgp2 or tgp1 or tgp27 or whatever... I'm all for whatever works for converting surfers into money. Just because I'm not building tgp2 sites has nothing to do with the fact that I AM against little dictators thinking they can invent shit as they go along and adopt a "do it my way or die" attitude. And that goes for tgp1, 2, 3, 4, and on down the line. I discriminate against no one.

That said, good luck, happy selling, and have a great day.

Amputate,

We're a sponsor that sends our affiliates traffic. Nothing more. We do not run a TGP2 for the sake of making money. There are better places to send 50k/day SE traffic.

When a sponsor pays $1/email, no deductions,
converts at 1:20 AND sends their affiliates traffic. It is a good thing. No ifs, and, or butts.

What is different about our TGP2 from others is that we do not have any sponsors. Other TGP2s want a gallery in exchange for a listing. We want your business in exchange for a listing. We don't need the gallery. We don't need to run a TGP2. We run it for our affiliates and to help grow TGP2.

This is a simple business decision anyone can make. Dunno about you but if you wouldn't trade 5 hits a day for 3000, you're crazy!
Now, 3k TGP2 traffic is like maybe 20k TGP1 traffic. It converts about twice as good as regular TGP. You'll get conversions. This isn't politics. It's business.

Standard practice makes no sense here. What is standard practive for a sponsor that creates a site for their affiliates? Why should there be ANYONE against that?

Now, we TRADE with anyone. Some of our biggest trades are NOT affiliates.

This is simple. Like it? Use it? Don't? Don't. It's easy money.

I personaly can not figure what the damn deal is. Amp WTF Bro. I must be blind because i dont see them saying "Do it My Way Or Die." Or dictating anything. what i see is a sponser doing something for its affiliates. Do Not Other Sponsers Do Things To try To Help There Affilates Earnings? And The Big Thing Is There Not Choosing The Sponser For You, you Can Promote ARS (Not Advisable Though) On The Site. It Is Excelent Marketing And A Great Idea, This Buisness Was Built Out Of Demand And Demand Is Still Evolving It. I Just Dont See Where Your getting Mixed Up With This?

Amputate, As far as the "anti-TGP2" thing you are right. It was meant to be funny and I didn't recognize it as such. Sorry I must be outta my mind today. Having to defend the generosity of one's program can make one a little tired. You're about the most entertaining person on GFY. Keep making me laugh.

Bottom line though. No dictation.
