Matabolism doesn't really have that much to do with you gaining weight or not. I read that somewhere. Metabolism is basically any chemical reaction in your body.

6'0, 178 lbs... She's only 16 years old, and she plays basketball in high school.... So her metabolism is fast, but I know for sure if she continues she will explode.

you must have a fast metabolism. just because you dont get fat from it doesnt mean the saturated fat and cholesterol arent bad for you.
