    Not in any way a problem - that is the last thing I'm thinking of and I could not care less if they settle, - tho that would be the first time in many months if they ever did.

    I've already laid out for iBill costs, tho no idea what they will be till bills come in. It is no longer a matter of whether they pay or not - there are higher stakes and something called "principles" - they cost money to enforce.

    There will be settlement, whether this is in cash or otherwise.

          Smell like BS, this is a webmaster/processor contract dispute. They have defaulted on their promiss to pay under the processing agreement. Unless criminal acts are being committed...

            What contract? There is none. iBill defaulted on that a while back.

            As for the rest... it's up to others to deal with that part.
