The weather has been really weird since the earth was made to wobble on christmas by the earthquake. Snow in south texas, record rains on teh west coast, really strong winds over in europe...Things are out of balance and that is not good at all...

Well, back in 1997 here in Poland we've had the biggest flood of the century, several weeks ago we've had a series of earthquakes (not too powerful, but it was a phenomenon in this part of Europe nonetheless) and now we're going through snowless winter with temperatures from 10 to 20 Celsius degrees. Something's wrong here and I'm going to watch The Day After Tomorrow again today just to be prepared ;)

Ok, this isn't that hard to understand.

9.0 Earthquake causes tsunamis.
Tsunamis create tropical like storm.
Tropical like storm causes exessive precipitation.
Precipitation causes rain & snow & massive storms.
Rain causes mudslides.

Everything that is happening right now is an indirect effect of the earthquake. Well, there's your lesson in understanding the workings of the planet. Something you should have learned in Middle School.

Sounds like stuff that has been happening since the start of time but there just wasn't CNN to capture it all.

Of course the end is coming ... as with every living thing, death awaits all. As for how soon, not in our, your childrens or your grand childrens time.

I am too busy living to worry about such things and rarely to never let it disturb me - why bother, what can you do about it?

This is really worries me already. At first I thought, we get surprises like this from Mother Nature every year, but now it's all over the world at the same time, not only in one place. On the other hand, if something happens, it'll happen to all of us and it'll be fast.

There was a good program on the other night there regarding Global Warming! They recommended the safest fuel source to use was Nuclear Power. Although there was 2 arguments for the use of Nuclear Power, they said a;though there is risks using Nuclear Power is was still the safest option to use which has the less effects on this planet!

Why because I payed attention in 8th grade and understand that a major atmospheric event will have effects accross the globe?

There are alot of people in awe about how there are so many thing happening around the world at the same time. When it's a simple known fact that tsunamis will cause storms of this magnitude world wide from the change created in the atmosphere.

Don't get mad at me cause I remember science class.
