I got to say a big thanks to Danny
 For a few months now we have been trying to find good setup for our submit page on our link list ... http://www.thehornyguy.com/cgi-bin/links/add.cgi Danny came up with a payper submit that works just sweet ... Stoping auto submits and so far deturing cheats . While we are charging just $2 to submit for a whole month some have found that too much $$$ ...  I'm going to say if i was doing it to make money i think i would charge lot more but im not ...its there to give the honest webmasters more traffic and faster listings ... if your looking for a solution like this hit up Danny at payperclick.com Its only a few lines of code added to your cgi or php files and your good to go http://www.payasyouclick.com/adult.htm?payc=302190
