Anyone Here Ski??
The reason I ask is because I am taking courses on the weekends to become a ski patroller. If anyone is going up to Horseshoe Valley or Blue Mountain this winter give me a shout. I would love to hook up with ya, hit the slopes and drink some beers! I will be up there almost every weekend. I'm gonna do some serious skiing and partying this winter!

Snowboarder here too. Boarded in US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina and Italy. Canada is my fav. hoping to do a whole season in BC sometime soon. I keep looking longingly at my K2 Eldo - not much use for it over here at 30c

I've been skiing for 12 consecutive years each winter in Valais, Switzerland (it's where the Matterhorn is located - one of Europe's highest mountains beside the Mont Blanc). Gorgeous site, you should all go sometimes.
It's a nest near Sion called Les Collons/Thyon 2000, the world cup skiers even had an world cup downhill event there. I'm pretty sure they still run it there each year, not sure about it though. Verbier might be a site you've heard about, it's close to the french border. Geez, I wish I could ski more, but shit is keeping me busy - I'm missing it. Last time I went to UCDavis to visit some girls, I went to Tahoe..
It's a great place to learn how to ski. Same with Mammoth. I've never been to Vail Or Col Springs. I hope to be able to afford it one day..
