Hope everyone pulled their links in time... as you will not be getting paid for your signups. The FTC has freezed all of the assets and basically will be taking everything, including freezing their offshore accounts. Dont be surprised to hear about jail time for this one along with the civil penalties as its just a matter of time before they find out about the obstruction of justice that was going on. Shredding of documents relating to this and the clearing out of the servers in Chicago. (again, thus the 5 day downtime in Dec that was explained as a broken part)

Not that it matters anymore but dont be fooled into thinking that this is just a matter of a unsuspecting company being brought down by a careless affiliate. Not only did they encourage mailers but they spammed themselves the most heavy. That is how the owner, Dustin/Donnie, first gained wealth. by mass spamming other programs like clickcash.

Again , not that it matters anymore, but the shave is the truth as well and anyone who was sending traffic to them over the past year and a half has been shortchanged by a minimum of 35%.

On another note, i do feel personally vindicated by this as my threads and account were repeatedly suspended here on GFY, as this one might be as well. It is a shame when advertising money becomes the driving force on a webmaster forum. As I was just alerting other affiliates to the potential problem of not being paid, i would think that is relevant information. I understand the need to make money as in any business, however by catering to a paid advertiser to hide unfavorable information is very unethical and should be addressed.

As for the fallout of this information and the ftc shakedown. It is my opinion that this can only be a good thing for the industry as a whole. Spammers like S4C give the entire adult online community a bad reputation and cause undo scrutiny on otherwise law abiding good businessmen and women. The thinning of the heard so to speak.....
