What started out as a bodybuilding forum has grown into much more - the Babes forum alone generates a very significant amount of the traffic. However, I don't have the time to spend to convert this traffic into $$$ and maybe someone who does can.
http://www.extremefitness.com Some general stats: . Server logs for this site run about 1gb/day (best 1.35gb/day); have two weeks worth of logs . Throughout day 700-900 people online at any given time (2,222 max online) . Very little image hosting as most is linked from other sites, server still running at 7mb/sec (this being the most popular site). . Insane Google traffic with spidering on a very frequent basis - adding links to extremefitness gets any site spidered very quickly . 40,000+ registered users I've owned this domain for about 9 years.
