Fell asleep in L.A. woke up in Seattle

We have 25 inches of rain so far this season. We are normally at 3 inches.
What the hell happened. I'm not use to this shit. Can any of you seattle / Vancouver people give me some tips and pointers on how to deal with this weather. I'm not sure I can handle the gloom much longer. I havent seen the sun in a month.

It's nuts here, I was down at my boat yesterday and there are boats that are filling up with water to the point they are sinking -- from the rain -- in MDR. We did some emergency bailing on a neighbors boat yesterday to keep it from going over and taking another boat with it, then called the sheriff to come and finish pumping it out. Best estimate was they had probably 4 feet of water in the cuddy cabin and around 2 feet in the cockpit, since their drains were clogged. And this is all from rain, just rain.

Dude, imagine having that 6-7 months of the year. Get one of those winter lights you can put in your house... I forget what they are called but they emit a light that keeps you cheery. Someone not used to the weather will go insane.

So weird to get this much rain. I can remember getting this much rain once when I was really little. Whats crazy is how green the mountains and foothills are. Sometimes they go all winter staying brown.. shit they are so green now that pine trees might emerge any minute

Shemp... lol thanks man.. I really dont own one

Well, Bergen is well known for being the wettest town in Norway. So that is no surprise...

Here in LA though it is INSANE right now. The rain that is pouring down outside (im in Marina Del Rey just as Kimmy Kim) is so THICK/BIG/FULL (cant find the word) that I am sure it will hurt you when it hits you.

And then we have all the ants that wants to come inside cause their holes outside are all flooded. It sucks here right now...

Move to AZ where the sun shines 360 out of 365 days a year. And the people are way more relaxed and chill since the gloom hardly ever comes our way. Shiny happy people all day long. That's why I got the hell out of LA and keep the time spent there to a minimum. Oh and the LA traffic, gawd I don't know how or why anyone would wanna deal with that shit. No sun for a month, and an hour and half on the 101 just to travel 10 miles to Highland Ave? Please nigga, please, that would make any nice girl turn into a crazy biatch.

I woke up in Vegas on Friday to find snow. I came back home and found even more snow. I slept all weekend and woke up Monday to find it had snowed even more. This is so depressing!!

Dude, it's fuckin' insane - we had an army in the front hallway and another army in the family room! WTF? I hate this shit!

Also, my pool was filled to the top and almost overflowed! I had to call my pool man to pump out 8 inches when we got home from Vegas on Saturday. He came out once while we were gone because we don't have a "excess runoff valve" or some shit!

I'm just glad that we have ant spray and that Vons.com delivers for $5 so nobody has to drive in this crappy weather to the grocery store!
