Windows Font Smoothing?
what do most people have their font smoothing on Windows98/XP set at - 'standard' or 'Clear Type'?
not sure what the default is with an XP install but I was noticing how jagged and crappy looking my text was working on a site with size 5 fonts so I decided to look - i was on 'standard' font smoothing, switched to Clear Type and it makes a world of difference - BUT not sure the blurriness is worth the tradeoff for nice smooth text. 'Standard' font smoothing didn't seem to do anything - looks the same as having no font smoothing enabled.
