Before I worked from home, #1 by a big margin was taking a book to a favorite Indian or Israeli restaurant, preferably when it was empty or at least quiet, and spending a couple of hours over a meal and a few drinks.

Nowadays eating out is still favorite, but with my better half (friends optional) along and around here, a decent steak is as good as it gets...
