Help with DPI Settings
Was wondering what program will allow you to change the dpi setting to 300 of the picture you are working on. I tried paint but don't think thats capable. thank you.

Photoshop will do it. Justdo an image resize and bump the DPI but not the dimensions. Make sure to resize using the bicubic method.
