Why are you guys surprised when the InterNext parties are "sausage fests"?

I am quite sure a huge majority of webmasters are guys. So why is everyone so dissapointed and upset when the parties are sausage fests? Find a model, a female talent or some chick and bring her yourself, then it won't be such a sausage fest.

Perhaps another reason is because regardless of the gender ratio at Internext parties, many (if not most) of the guys going there are there to network and forge mutually beneficial business deals.

its probably because most of the pictures you see from internext are of the chicks, so then you just assume....wow there are a ton of chicks there!
yeah there are, but also a shit load of guys.
