Hello xxxx,

Thank you for contacting the iBill Payables Department.

In regards to your request:

*****
I placed an iBill signup button on our webpage again and am also
receiving some sign-ups.

Would you please confirm my account has been re-activated for payouts.
*****

iBill has received three signups for this month therefore, we are unable to resume payout at this time. Once the volume of new signups coming from your site then your account then another review of your account can be done to resume payout.
Any changes that will affect payout needs to be done at least 10 business days before the next scheduled payout.
Oh nice one!!! :-) I suppose this was from some anonymous in "payables"?

Excuse me being slow on the uptake :-)

BUT... Is this a company that owes you money for several months and forgot to pay and also the reason you avoid sending them business?

Is this a company that is in breach of contract due to it's failure to pay?

Damn.. this is so sweet. If they did that to me, I'd be forced to set up temporary office across from Broward Courthouse along with some others more expert and settle in there doing daily filings for claims for everything from breach of contract to issuing bounced checks, - plus all costs, interest and damages.

You know that this iBill "policy" has nada chance in hell of being confirmed in front of a judge?? Judges usually start off on the premise that common sense exists.

PS ... That office in Broward was seriously on the table as an option - and remains so. Just waiting for the legals to consult between themselves and come up with, excuse the term, a way forward :-)

If you find it "bewildering" that webmasters want to claim funds owing to them from a defaulting creditor - you need a shrink or ain't got a clue.

I have such a clue that I have gotten away from 3rd party processors except as a backup to my merchant accounts where I have access to ALL of the data. Anyone still using Ibill as a pimary is completely cluseless. I have seen plenty of sites still doing so.

Agree totally on merchant accounts! Tho that is another story :-)

As for others still using em? There may be some, but I suspect all others are purely interested in debt recovery. Tho I doubt I'd be interested in pandering to people like iBill and even making any attempt to send them one signup.

They breached their contracts with clients. They owe funds from the past - often six months or more overdue. These debts need "enforcing".

Anyone who would deal with them in future is certainly clueless.

So don't believe it's enough to send them a FEW signups.

iBill

Yes but you clearly let them know you had pulled your ibill links FIRST then put it back in .

If you really want those rebills , just say " A (*INSERT NATURAL DISASTER HERE ) had completely destroyed our website database therefor we have not been sending any new signups over the last few months , but our database has been recovered and we wil be resuming normal operations, all we need is a confirmation we will get paid in a timely fashion for our new signups and our previous re-bills your processing *

I will wait and look ... my guess is they will file bancrupcy very soon. In this case I would just lose more money suing them. But maybe they surprise us.

Maybe that was a mistake.

Anyhow: They have their stats about average sign-ups per day/week and I am NOT willing to send them more than a very few.

Why don't we all find a common attorney and sue ibill for breach of contract and those bounced checks. I was thought it was a crime to bounce checks... I am sure a judgement would be in our favor and it would be easily enforceable.
