I paid some dickwad $300 for some advertising through PayPal about a week ago and the prick hasnt delivered and has ignored me ever since. Am I going to have a problem with PayPal refunding the cash?

they can only refund you what he has left in his account, most scammers clean out instantly soI won't count on anything

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, got $8 back lol

Sorry to hear that but like it's been mentioned they can only freeze the accounts and pay from there

Tell them it was a Porn-related transaction and you weren't aware of their policy. They may cancel your account completely tho.
