I've been really bad lately. I've been only eating one meal a day, but I am trying to get back into eating at least 3 times a day. I usually eat about an hour after I get up. (after the kids are ready and gone to school)

About 25-35 minutes. I started that stupid south beach diet, so I start boiling an egg while I'm getting ready, eat it and a V8 before I leave the house. Before, I wouldn't eat until lunch, which was about 5-6 hours without food from first being awake.Your post count means nothing.Comment

Carbo depletion is not a good thing - I eat right after I get out of the shower. A big ol bowl of bran with fruit or if no time, a bowl of wheat cereal at work.
