Ibill is going to payout today!

iBill News
Last Updated: Wednesday 5 January 2005 at 10:54 AM U.S. Eastern Time

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Payout Update
iBill continues to make substantial progress and we are close to putting our September 16, 2004 problems behind us.

To this end, iBill has obtained an investment from a New York fund management company. We received the first $2 million installment this week.

It is our sincerest intent to ensure all of our webmasters that are processing with iBill are kept current on funds owed going forward.

For Wednesday, January 5, 2004, the following payouts will be made:
12/08/04 RevShare Payout

12/22/04 RevShare Payout

For Tuesday, January 11, 2004, the following payouts will be made:
12/15/04 US Payout

12/19/04 EU Payout

The 01/01/05 US payout, 01/05/05 EU payout and past due EU reserves will be funded in January. An update on payout dates will be provided on January 11, 2004. Thank you again for your continued support. We look forward to resuming a reliable payout schedule with you and earning your business. We will continue to update you as we move forward.

I sure hope all of you get paid, you all have been through alot and there is nothing worse than trying to get your money from people that stall.

This company has too many problems to instill trust in the people they have taken advantage of. I think they have promised too many times to take care of everybody and never follow through.

I wouldn't get your hopes up...only to be let down again. I am curious, who would loan 2 mil to a company that is having these kind of problems? I certainly wouldn't.

I don't use nor will I use ibill so I dont know all that is going on behind the scenes, what promises have not been met and even if they come through, they should pay with interest on the monies owed to you guys.

So they got a loan and this will allow them to pay up.

Can someone please explain to me where the money they are taking is actually going to?

After Visa/MC take there 5% that leaves 95% of someone elses money in their clearing banks account or their account. Because I doubt if it's going back to the purchasers and I don't figure Visa/MC holding onto it. So where is it going to?

My take on this is they are spinnimg it out for as long as they can, all the time taking as much as they can in wages and expenses. Checkout where the Ibill executives are staying in Vegas, this might tell you something. Eating at the buffet in Motel 6 and getting the bus to the convention or a premium suite and eating in the best restaurants?

Remember they are there on other peoples dollars.

If it were my money I would be talking to the police or at least a lawyer.

Yup.. It should be illegal to be billing on someone's behalf and not pay those people. Past money owed, sure, if they weren't paid that money then it's fair that they can't pay it out, but from the sounds of it they've been using new money to payout old money owed, and borrowing money to pay out the new money coming in.. a bit ass-backwards to me?

THey are not billing on your behalf ,they are billing on their behalf. They are their customers not yours. You are just servicing their customers. Thats why you just cant pick up and move your rebills because they arent yours.

My cmi still says 9/22/04

I really hope that changes before the end of the day. Of course, since I kept following the rolling dates when we were just trying to get updates, I still remain hesitant to uncork any bubbly.

I guess by '12/08/04'...they must mean 'ever since we last paid you'. I sure hope so.

Anyway, if I do get a check, I'll be surprised and happy.

You simply have to ask yourself what investment manager or company in their right minds would invest money in iBill?

Never mind all the talk that has gone on here - just think about what is known out in the business world.

By their own admission in the court filings months ago they would be insolvent if they lost their application for an injuction against FD - they lost their application.

It is reported that they have lost their trademark.

With just those two marks against them what investment body would invest 2 cents in them let alone 2 million dollars.

I hope you guys do get your money but don't get your hopes up.

Could not agree more!!

Everything that is said about this organization, especially their bullshit CMI posts, is a farce.

OK! We got this "initial" $2mill from an unnamed "New York fund management company". You seriously mean to say that is all we got????

$2mill ain't enough to keep some execs on a coke habit for the week.

Where are the US funds for current transactions and those from the EU bank??

Who knows, but I'm waiting to hear this "New York fund management company" is non other than Gallanis drip feeding some dollars into iBill to pay the rent.

Meanwhile, all main payouts are further behind schedule and the status quo remains exactly the same as it did prior to this new CMI statement.

It's called bullshit - and nada doubt going to come to a head very shortly.

Exactly! No way!!!!!

That is also the reason I mentioned about iBill's "associates" filling up the petty cash box.

The injunction against FD was only to stop them from pulling their merchant account(s) before iBill could replace them. They got past that as they've been processing again for some time now so the insolvency issue is not cut and dried.

I've yet to see a link to the trademark issue. As far as I can tell, they still have two current and valid trademarks for their business.

Sorry, just trying to inject a little factual information into the drama. Please carry on.

Watch out
You might get what you?re after
Cool babies
Strange but not a stranger
I?m an ordinary guy
Burning down the house

Hold tight wait till the party?s over
Hold tight we?re in for nasty weather
There has got to be a way
Burning down the house

Here?s your ticket pack your bag: time for jumpin? overboard
The transportation is here
Close enough but not too far, maybe you know where you are
Fightin? fire with fire

All wet
Hey you might need a raincoat
Shakedown
Dreams walking in broad daylight
Three hun-dred six-ty five de-grees
Burning down the house

It was once upon a place sometimes I listen to myself
Gonna come in first place
People on their way to work baby what did you except
Gonna burst into flame

My house
S?out of the ordinary
That?s might
Don?t want to hurt nobody
Some things sure can sweep me off my feet
Burning down the house

No visible means of support and you have not seen nuthin? yet
Everything?s stuck together
I don?t know what you expect starring into the tv set
Fighting fire with fire

The trade mark issue was reported over on XBiz a few days back.

And while they may have been able to continue to trade the fact that they did go on record and claim that they would be in trouble if they lost that injunction is is there for all to see.

Any investment manager would have to see serious warning signs from that statement if they did any kind of due diligence before they invested their clients' money.

2 million will cover everyone?
If that was the market level - I'd leave the biz completely :-)

No...$2mill comes no where near covering everyone. I can think of around 20 - 30 people who would eat up all of that if they got paid. That is assuming none of iBill costs/salaries are deducted already.

Even the claimed $10.4 mill injection still falls millions short.

I hope this new CMI update isn't bullshit. I want to see Ibill come through this, I truly do.

CMI doesn't reflect any new payouts. It is vaporspeak again.

So only 3 months late now for payouts. So for every 4 months we go forward,we are getting 3 more months behind in payouts.

Hard to believe for transaction processing company.
