    geo targeting and gfy banner ads

    LoL some one is attempting to do geo targeting with there gfy banner
    It took me forever to figure it out
    it says La cross webmasters ... im like wtf ... evidently they think im from La Cross , Wi .

      A disadvantage of geo-targetted marketing is if the city is wrong, you won't get the attention of the surfer...

      With a properly done banner/ad however, you shouldn't be getting any less clicks than you would from a generic ad, whereas your CTR on an accurate ad will be much higher.

          did you guys tweak yours? you had seattle for me for the longest ... now it says gig harbor witch is closer
