Goto Seti at home, create a bunch of accounts. Find their team stats pages which sometimes have a pr as high as 6. Join that team. In your profile put a link to your site. and when the team page with a pr of 6 updates, you will have a nice pr6 inbound link. Repeat as many times as necessary. The key is finding the right teams though

Actually its been my secret for a while, and it works... but I think google might have taken some of the pr away from the team pages... my site went from a solid 5 to a 4 with this update. The only inbound links were from seti
