For all we know that 2 million could be a promissory note from one of Jason's scam buddies running a shell company.

Oh well, would just be another lie added to the list.

"Believe when you see it" Lets hope that on the 11th the date doesnt change to the 15th and so on

Its gonna take alot more than 1 check to build any faith back but 1 is better than 0

its the bottom of the 9th with 2 strikes... and the score is 1 to 9

Gettting that check on the 11th will put 1 more point on the board making it 2 to 9

as well what about the promise letters signed regarding October and September 2004's money and the 6 month reserve thats the big chunk

No new news regarding that as well

Beyond the seriously overdue payouts, the problem of getting any webmaster to sign up to an iBill affiliate program is very real for anyone that dares continuing with them.

It's one thing to accept the risk of maybe not getting paid for gkard signups (they have already broken their promise of new (gkard) signups back on the normal payment schedule which they made when they first activated gkard), but still going for gkard (for whatever reason), with all the love lost and distrust in them at this time, using them means not expecting to run an affiliate program because noone will sign up.

I know that the common sentiment is that a 'real' sponsor program does not use blah blah blah, but there are still small site operators who run an honest show and a peewee version of affiliate management is enough - if it works!

It would be great for them to pull out of this.. but don't kid yourselves. With the amount of business they have lost over this, I can't see them pulling out of it. They owe more than they are billing now.

I mean really if you are still processing new joins with them at any large amount, you have to be crazy. I'm sure all they have left are rebills and guys sending just enough joins to keep their accounts alive.

At one point they had net revenues of over $1 milllion a day, so I don't see how $2 million is going to fix anything now.

Course they have not paid anyone! Don't be silly! :-)

I see you are doing well with iBill... there are others that have not been paid for a few months prior to September.

Company is going down and nothing anyone can do to stop it. But if they payout one or 2 more times before folding up shop, be better for all of us and might keep Jason and the Media Billing guys out of jail so they can start another company with the profits they have made from this deal.

money is money however you look at it.looks like they will be getting 2 mil evey 2 weeks for the next few weeks until it adds up to the magic number wich is rumor has it is ...10mil....what worries me is IBILL stated they got the 2 mil from a "New York fund management company" wich sounds an afull lot like a debt consolidation company ..you know the ones that say ok we will pay your bills for now but every dime you make from here on out will have to go through us first before it touches your hands because your obviously not resposible enough to manage your own imcoming funds correctly and we dont mind making a commision of your lack of buissness sense or ethics
...in other words ibill is not in control of its own funds..OR ...THEY ARE and just added another puppet name to the list of people to blame for the problems wich will ensue with this latest payout update...lets see whos name is on the checks that should have hit the mail TODAY !

Things likely aren't going to change, but this way ibill can look good at Internext; reduce potential of "trouble" happening.

Which is the only reason this statement was just made, I am amazed with the number of ppl replying "I might actually see my money". You still MIGHT but I wouldn't trust this public message just yet as it has come at the most possible convinient time for them.

I hope you are not serious. Sure, the adult industry needs billing companies, but who in their right minds will ever do business with iBill again?

I want them to get caught up just so one more loss of income isn't added to all the others of the past 2 years. But I will never again touch a sponsor program that processes through iBill. Apart from the obvious risk involved, what would such a choice of processor say about the sponsor's smarts?

You posted almost exactly what I was going to. The industry DOESN'T need iBill. After all this crap they've more than proven they couldn't run a martket stall selling apples let alone a mutlli-million pound company. What this industry didn't need was for this to happen in the first place.

What we now need is a new, reliable and capable company to pop up. Unlikely to happen given the current climate but stranger things have happened.

...hmmm well, my account isnt floating with ibill money - yet.

I hope it will, but i wouldnt exactly count on it till the cash was there...

...but anyway, the 2 million might not cover, but on top of those its beyond belief if thats the only cash they have to use for the payouts...afterall, they HAVE been rebilling for a long time without paying out a dime, and some even send one or two new signups...if all of thats gone, there´s no future for them anyhow....

The amount is only for the last 2 weeks in November. I does not relect the past due payments. I couldn't figure it out either, and I called the support number.

A few things then I'm done talking about ibill.

Everything on a board is not gospel, there are people that will benefit if ibill goes under and I think they are trying to speed up the process.

First off you cant lose your trademark, secondly if ibill was going to post that to lessen pressure at internext they would of posted it the day before or the first day. Thirdly there are very very few programs that make 2 mil every two weeks. Many comanpies have comeback from the brink only to thrive. I hope ibill can move forward because I want to get paid. If you think if this happened to any other processor that everything would be smooth your kidding yourself, these are not banks we are dealing with.

I called and was told the payment is for the entire month of November, not just two weeks. I don't know how that could be correct since the amount they've paid out is only like 70% of what I should be paid for November. I've been reffered to revshare accounting to get it sorted out.

But I also want to know wheres the money from the October GKard transactions for revshares. They paid the master accounts these monies why not the revshares? And when are they going to inform the revshares of reimbursement plans for them? Never?

This whole thing is crazy. Im grateful to receive some monies but it surely hasn't made me feel any better that after almost 4 months of no payouts they still can't get it right.

Hi, I don't mean to add to the misinformation. I guess maybe Dec 8 AND Dec 22 would be the whole month. (????). However, I only see a Dec 22 statement, and that can't be the whole month of November - it doesn't add up right in my cmi logon.

Anyway, I'm certainly not here with any agenda, other than trying to figure out what's going on. I'm a small fish, but the amount represents money and work from me, and it would pay my rent this month, etc. Ya Know? And yeah...the rent will still be paid. And maybe if I'm lucky, I'll get a check to cover the utilities. If I don't, life will continue, and I guess I'll be a little wiser...like don't depend on any billing company in this business. I've already been down this path with Globill...though that was a tad bit more abrupt.

I resent those of you who are attacking us for just asking though. You act like I should consider it a favor to get paid. I'm just an revsharer. How about the sponsor who put together a unique site that was rebilling like crazy. Maybe they should just consider it a favor to get paid too.

C'mon.

Hi all.
I was checked last payment of 12/22.
All money in check only for November.

But previous payment was 09/22 for second part of August.
So, i can't view money for September & October.

Hmm....

Dear Confused

Don't ask... payables at iBill would not know either - that's private :-)

Believe me... you are doing well on payments - at least a couple of webmasters that I know have not been paid for about six months now.

But.. I'm sure all our confusion will be cleared before this month is over :-)

Everything on a board is not gospel, there are people that will benefit if ibill goes under and I think they are trying to speed up the process.
Curious Tony... who would benefit if iBill goes under? Any pending court action would be nulled and assuming it was not a matter of bankruptcy protection under some chapter whatever, - apart from iBill owners dumping the problem on to a liquidator, - they are the only one's to gain, - though they will have lost the share value - but that is cheap in comparison to the debt.

If there is a liquidation we then have the prospect of First Data and any remaining funds being put into a pot and used, not only to split up among webmasters, but also all other iBill creditors - there are plenty of them!

Who gains out of that?

At Internext, the guy from Ibill would not comment on the situation during the merchant panel. He wussed out..
