Financial brinksmanship is the only way they will be able to through this. I'm still rooting for them.

If that was the market level - I'd leave the biz completely :-)

No...$2mill comes no where near covering everyone. I can think of around 20 - 30 people who would eat up all of that if they got paid. That is assuming none of iBill costs/salaries are deducted already.

Even the claimed $10.4 mill injection still falls millions short.

oldnewbie 01-05-2005 03:11 PM

I hope this new CMI update isn't bullshit. I want to see Ibill come through this, I truly do.

MickeyG 01-05-2005 05:06 PM

7pm EST and no payouts recorded in the cmi. :disgust

Giorgio_Xo 01-05-2005 05:15 PM

CMI doesn't reflect any new payouts. It is vaporspeak again.

Ludedude 01-05-2005 05:37 PM

Fuckers.

0000000000000000000001000 01-05-2005 05:42 PM

No they are not

ibill-fraud 01-05-2005 05:49 PM

So only 3 months late now for payouts. So for every 4 months we go forward,we are getting 3 more months behind in payouts.

Hard to believe for transaction processing company.

Tipsy 01-05-2005 05:57 PM

50 checks that are 'in the post' :Oh crap

e-god 01-05-2005 06:03 PM

very good news

I think 2 mil will cover alot more then your thinking . THere arent that many over million dollar adult web companies out there processing with third party processors that ibill has ten of them.

For all we know that 2 million could be a promissory note from one of Jason's scam buddies running a shell company.

Oh well, would just be another lie added to the list.

Scottybunky 01-05-2005 07:07 PM

"Believe when you see it" Lets hope that on the 11th the date doesnt change to the 15th and so on

Its gonna take alot more than 1 check to build any faith back but 1 is better than 0

its the bottom of the 9th with 2 strikes... and the score is 1 to 9

Gettting that check on the 11th will put 1 more point on the board making it 2 to 9

as well what about the promise letters signed regarding October and September 2004's money and the 6 month reserve thats the big chunk

No new news regarding that as well

reynold 01-05-2005 07:11 PM

that's a good news!

CashLikeWhoa_Mike 01-05-2005 07:19 PM

everybody say it together: "Keep Hope Alive!!" :1orglaugh

I might actually finally see that cash they owe me :thumbsup

they paid people today,so it had to be real money. For someone who is owed money, you seem bent on bringing the company down.
Who do you work ???????

Beyond the seriously overdue payouts, the problem of getting any webmaster to sign up to an iBill affiliate program is very real for anyone that dares continuing with them.

It's one thing to accept the risk of maybe not getting paid for gkard signups (they have already broken their promise of new (gkard) signups back on the normal payment schedule which they made when they first activated gkard), but still going for gkard (for whatever reason), with all the love lost and distrust in them at this time, using them means not expecting to run an affiliate program because noone will sign up.

I know that the common sentiment is that a 'real' sponsor program does not use blah blah blah, but there are still small site operators who run an honest show and a peewee version of affiliate management is enough - if it works!

It would be great for them to pull out of this.. but don't kid yourselves. With the amount of business they have lost over this, I can't see them pulling out of it. They owe more than they are billing now.

I mean really if you are still processing new joins with them at any large amount, you have to be crazy. I'm sure all they have left are rebills and guys sending just enough joins to keep their accounts alive.

Cogitator 01-05-2005 08:37 PM

At one point they had net revenues of over $1 milllion a day, so I don't see how $2 million is going to fix anything now.

Screaming 01-05-2005 09:02 PM

yeah i hope all of you get paid

Sosa 01-05-2005 09:03 PM

not expecting to see my money, if it shows up cool but I doubt it.

girlzshow 01-05-2005 09:17 PM

How can any of you say that Ibill paid people today?

My cmi statement has not changed since 9/22/04.

Course they have not paid anyone! Don't be silly! :-)

I see you are doing well with iBill... there are others that have not been paid for a few months prior to September.

Company is going down and nothing anyone can do to stop it. But if they payout one or 2 more times before folding up shop, be better for all of us and might keep Jason and the Media Billing guys out of jail so they can start another company with the profits they have made from this deal.

Hey, if iBill can get caught up and back on track I am all for it. The adult industry needs billing companies

DEA - banned for life 01-05-2005 10:36 PM

money is money however you look at it.looks like they will be getting 2 mil evey 2 weeks for the next few weeks until it adds up to the magic number wich is rumor has it is ...10mil....what worries me is IBILL stated they got the 2 mil from a "New York fund management company" wich sounds an afull lot like a debt consolidation company ..you know the ones that say ok we will pay your bills for now but every dime you make from here on out will have to go through us first before it touches your hands because your obviously not resposible enough to manage your own imcoming funds correctly and we dont mind making a commision of your lack of buissness sense or ethics
...in other words ibill is not in control of its own funds..OR ...THEY ARE and just added another puppet name to the list of people to blame for the problems wich will ensue with this latest payout update...lets see whos name is on the checks that should have hit the mail TODAY ! :2 cents:

TheMob 01-05-2005 10:50 PM

so, did they pay out today?

Ron Bennett 01-05-2005 11:18 PM

Things likely aren't going to change, but this way ibill can look good at Internext; reduce potential of "trouble" happening.

Which is the only reason this statement was just made, I am amazed with the number of ppl replying "I might actually see my money". You still MIGHT but I wouldn't trust this public message just yet as it has come at the most possible convinient time for them.

sixxxthsense 01-06-2005 01:29 AM

I hope you are not serious. Sure, the adult industry needs billing companies, but who in their right minds will ever do business with iBill again?

I want them to get caught up just so one more loss of income isn't added to all the others of the past 2 years. But I will never again touch a sponsor program that processes through iBill. Apart from the obvious risk involved, what would such a choice of processor say about the sponsor's smarts?

killshot 01-06-2005 04:08 AM

Well I am glad they finally at least posted something

Lets just hope they stop with the bullshit excuses and pay out

does anyone have a link to the article about ibill losing their trademark?
i dont understand how you lose a trademark
i have a couple trademarks and i have never thought there was a way i could lose them.

You posted almost exactly what I was going to. The industry DOESN'T need iBill. After all this crap they've more than proven they couldn't run a martket stall selling apples let alone a mutlli-million pound company. What this industry didn't need was for this to happen in the first place.

What we now need is a new, reliable and capable company to pop up. Unlikely to happen given the current climate but stranger things have happened.
