In that case, one would fall right off the other one. The only thing connecting those two was a meaningless piece of skin on their side. This was discovered only after they died and Doctors cut it.

if it were Chang and Eng (above) the other would live. they were only connected by skin and no vital arteries or vital organs.

when arriving in america they couldve gotten an operation to seperate them but didnt due to the noteriety and money they were making.
