    Discover card?

    Is it worth the time to get a discover card? aren't they not accepted in alot of places

              Visa/Mastercard are accepted in most places, thats for sure..

                                              Did you call them...also when they jack your rate like that you have thirty days to contest and have the account closed paying off the balance with the orginal interest rates. Those bastards gave me an outragious credit line a very low interest rate and yes, I was a few days late and they raised the interest rate. I just complained and paid off the balance and don't use the card anymore. I was close to closing the account but with a zero balance they have to report to the CBs that I pay as agreed every month.
