you could a hella nice box if you could get the parts individually and put somethin together yourself. I recently put somethin together for a friend and it was a decent machine, everything but the monitor only ran him like $377

      check out www.tigerdirect.com
build your own pc for a shit load less. my bro-in-law just did that recently & built his 'dream pc' for under $1200.

also check out www.newegg.com , heard some good things about them.

The one you put together yourself and just pay for the parts.

I agree with xclusive, get the parts from newegg like I did, great prices, big selection, fast shipping. I built an amd 64 system, and I love it

If you really want the most bang for your buck without a doubt build it yourself. Try to buy everyone from one online shop to cut down on delivery costs and time, newegg.com has pretty decent prices all around. You could definitely make a killer machine for even under $1K and have some cash left over for beer and liquor

                Take Luck!

If you are capable, build your own.
