Does it exist? An E-currency exchange?
I hear that there are many people along the boards that need to exchange currencies all the time. I'm surprised that there is no such service out there yet. You dig?

it doesn't exist. and I think it won't exist ever due to enormous amount of cheaters. paypal and e-passporte accounts of such system would be closed very soon. you still can try to find somebody to get your paypal and send you MB, though.

Ok, but there are at least 2 ways to handle fraud, both successfuly working with Paypal at the moment. Verifying users, limiting daily transactions.
