nothing illegal, a file sharing server. (emule)
i dont host any warez or other illegal files, just running server
the users sharing whatever they want , some sharing full games and movies
and some just legal stuff like demos,trailers etc

the server admin cannot stop the users from sharing those illegal stuff.

avoiding this file sharing system its like sue all the people using mp3 couse a big part of them downloading those stuff. but what about all those that buying this cd's?? can't they switch to mp3? yes they can.

its the problem here, and i can give 1000's of example for this shit.
like video's, cd burn softwares and more.

its so fucked up that mpaa can send 1 email and the all hosting companies will
piss in their pants. they dont have any legal explanation, all what they have is lots of cash for their damn lawyers.

and im still looking for dedicated box,big one that will not be closed couse of 1 email saying they will sue.

oh and another thing. torrent is not like edonkey , its different.
in torrent the admin can control the files that shared. in emule there is no such thing.
