Who is *reputable* that sells 404 traffic?

Please list your prices, and your rules on what can be done with the traffic in this thread.

By "what can be done with the traffic" means do you allow it to be sent to pages with popups, etc etc.

I would like to buy in bulk, so if you match what i'm looking for that would be great.

Geo-targetted is not an issue, a decent mix is fine.

I've never used it myself, but from what I hear Choker is the man for this.
