for some reaon, I have had no trouble at all sleeping this week...more like I can't stop sleeping. Which is odd for me as I am usually up all night and sleeping all day.

Sleep is a sign of depression. Not saying you are depressed but changes in sleeping patterns like that could be an early sign.

I stopped fighting the sleep. I suffer from insomnia so sleeping for me is really hard. I just lie down and stare at the ceiling until I see the sun rise.

I am a depressive and have been through a rather major depression in the past. For me when I am heading for a depression I end up not being able to sleep at all. I think I have been sort of crashing from a relief/release of all the xmas/new year preperations being over. However, you are right and thank you for keeping an eye out
