They are great, can't beat the Customer Service. 24/7 support, and if you have a problem, they truly do get it fixed within minutes (or at least get on the problem within minutes).

Call & ask for Keith, tell him Barry Porn sent you!

Bah, I've been trying to get a charge removed from them for a long time from them, they are about to get hit with a chargeback from me (yeah, I'm an evil surfer in this case).

My GF wanted to look at some bullshit sphycic (or however the fuck you spell that shit), and I said what the hell. Make sure it's not recurring, etc. No mention of recurring on the site at all. Turns out after being charged their site was all fucked up anyways and it didn't work. Oh well, you win some you lose some right? Ha. Next month comes another charge.. attempt to contact paycom to get that charge removed and recurring stopped but I need a mysterious # off of some e-mail they supposedly sent me (I archive *ALL* mail, never recieved a damn thing), and won't do shit if they don't get it.

So, fuck 'em. Sick of getting hit with $40/mo for bullshit I never even used. Yeah, chargebacks suck but when the company won't fucking work with me and ignores my e-mails I have to do something.

Of course, that's the surfer perspective. For a webmaster that's probably a good thing. Haha.

Read my post next time you bash. I need *INFORMATION FROM AN E-MAIL I NEVER RECIEVED*

If I don't have this information, I can't cancel.

I've spent literrally hours trying to get it resolved amiacably with them. To no avail.

If you have any better ideas I'm all ears.

Since you seem to know everything about the situation.. What am I missing?

If you're talking about the useless feedback form that NEVER has generated a reply (I've used it more than a couple of times so far), that's a dead end.

Still need the info from the e-mail. Which I don't have for whatever reason (hell, even if it WERE my fault I don't have it, don't you think there should be means to cancel otherwise?).

But of course, I'm out to fuck webmasters. After I've been taking it up the ass for 4 or 5 months now on this. Enough is enough, I've called, e-mailed, and used their automated web stuff to attempt to get it resolved. All I have is my e-mail address and the card number. They won't cancel with that info (at least not the CSR talked with would).

You have your CC # & Email Address?

Again RIF.

https://www.billingsupport.com/cancel2.html

You can simply enter your CC# & Email Address in that form, and cancel your subscription.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!

I know many many people who are owed many hundreds of thousands by epoch.

They're fine if you use them for your own merchant account (although i hear their scrubbing sucks... but that's just a little birdie talking) ;-))

But it you use them for 3rd party stuff.. You're just plain stupid... why not just write ME a check for half the amount, get drunk, buy a hooker & you'll still have more money left over than if you depended on them to pay!

--------------
the preceding is merely my humble opinion

Never noticed the "you need two pieces of info" thing, interesting.

Still no go though. I'm going to assume that the e-mail was fat fingered. So, one more call to a CSR to get this fixed..

Hooper I have heard about that before, but I do have my own merchant account, so that's not something I often think about.

But I have never seen any proof regarding that, and I find it hard to believe.

You hear so many bad things about a Company, but you hardly hear the good things. If a Company does a million things correctly, no one will say a word, once they do something wrong, or have a mishap, that?s it, words out and that's what their known for!

Back to their service -
One thing I don't like is their payment form. Can't customize that yet or host it on your own server ;(.

well

i think when it comes down to delaying payments to webmasters, or not paying at all, it's a different story

Then you haven't been around the block. I've seen the owners of large companies literally trying to beat up paycom employees when they mention losing 25grand at the blackjack tables... but they still can't get him his reserve.

I've seen paycom put people/companies out of business and RUIN webmaster programs because they don't pay.

Me.. No. I've never lost any money to anybody.. because if you mess with me I send Gary & the Thug Cash crew to "make an offer you can't refuse" ;-)))

Seriously though... a few years ago we wanted to do a video of the convention and epoch told me no... the only ones to do so... they were immediately crossed off my list of prospective biz partners. Just lucky i guess ;-)))
