depends how many sites will accept and list you...

Depends on what you submit, how clean and who accept its
You should see decent traffic in any case.

If you submit 1-2 galleries a day, every day for a month with Chamleon Submitter, you'll be pullin some nice traffic for a while, alot of them will move to archives too.
