I they have shut down their partner and public gallery submissions where to they receive their new TGP galleries for each section?

Are their gallery pools that many new and old TGPs pull from?

I'm only linking to free hosted sponsor galleries. We're thinking about selling partner accounts though but that's still gonna take a few months.
