angeleyes, check out www.overnightprints.com
i ordered from them earlier this week and they're shipping the cards to my hotel (they're located in Cali).
if you order 1000+ cards before 5 PM PST, they print em overnight and ship the next business day. so if the design is submitted tomorrow, they should be printed tomorrow night and shipped monday, so they'd be there for tuesday.
1000 cards are $39.95 and rush overnight shipping will be around $25-$35 i think.
only problem is i'm not sure if they'll be printing tomorrow night due to it being NYE. try calling them at (888) 677-2000 and see what they say.

Contact their local Mail Boxes Etc. They can do it within 24 hours notice for most cases assuming the design is not too intensive on the graphics. Very moderately priced too.

Last year we had some Vegas "we print it all" type shops do up mine. My cards aren't anything fancy... no tits and ass flying everywhere but they serve its purpose well and the card stock seems pretty good to me. I would try that route on such short notice. sweet... i put my order in at 4:30 PST on the 27th and opted for 3 day shipping. expected delivery date was 01/03 but UPS shows the cards as having been signed for this morning.
another suggestion, along the lines of WG's idea, is to check with Kinko's also. a few people were recommending them to me earlier this week.
