                              Anyone ever do a site for a local beach, per say Sdiagobeachbabes.com or some shit like that?

                              And go there and takes pics to post?

                              Stupid idea huh? I live near the beach and have thought of makin up some consent forms and headin out to take some pics. Maybe not having a camera stopped me? Dunno

                                                  yea, that is different...but all it takes is one girl to complain to the beach police that "they're some perv with a cam asking if he can take people's pics" and they'll harrass you


                                                  tip: go to the events like the AVP tour...they have disclaimers up that state something like "you're presence in this area confirms you give consent to be filmed & photographed..."

                                                                                      I sometimes take a video camera to the beaches in Malibu and have never been asked by the cops scram.

That website could however have the name of a wider area, not just that particular beach you want to shoot at. In that case you wouldn't be helping the coppers out.

                                                                                                                                                  also a good way of shooting pics is if you have a car with tinted windows and you use good zoom, then you can shoot the girls who walk near the car, but then again this wouldn't exactly be "beach shot" :D
