yes, you can change it once you reach 15,000

Nope it has nothing to do with superusers or not. You can do it one of two ways..

You can email an admin , but you better have a damn good reason,

or

You can unlock the admin panel by starting 20 threads in 1 hour on the first page..

The second way is much faster..
