How about those fast-reply-boxes?

I have seen other board that have it. You just click on a button and a form opens, you dont have to wait for another page to load.

But it may only add more bullshit-comments to the board...

There's a load error on the newreply page, which sometimes makes you wait until the entire smiley list is loaded before being able to add a img/link/smiley.
