What she said......and I'm using firefox and I sometimes don't see top banners, but I don't really mind-especially since I don't get the shit shocked out of me if my mouse accidently goes over some of them.

They are supposed to work, what is wrong?

We can only see our own attachments. If we view a post with an attachment from someone else, we only see a box with the filename and filesize. If we click the filename, we get taken to a page telling us we don't have permission to view the attachment.

Lens, the bottom nav used to go back to the front page, now it only goes to the top of the page. It takes another step to go back to the main page. slows down the flow :2 cents:

GFY doesnt remember me and keep me logged in even though I have that button checked. It used to before.

If you can't come up with more than 8 characters as a reply, you shouldn't be replying. Personally, I don't give a fuck if you're "lol" to a certain post. No one does.

The 8 character limit is to cramp people who post useless shit like "lol" or people who simply quote other people's replies instead of taking the 12 seconds necessary to devise their own reply.

It would be useful to have a page listing ALL advertisers. Sometimes one notices an interesting banner ad just as one has clicked to view another page....and hitting "Back" won't necessarily serve up the same ad again, grrrr.

That only applies to the attachments uploaded BEFORE Lensman set the 'super users' permissions.

The extra packets sent out would crash the board in 5 minutes. (well maybe a little longer) When you load a forum index, it loads and cache's all the previews from each topic on that page. Multiply that by +1000 users online, whilst new topics started every 30 seconds and you've got yourself a complete meltdown. But it would be fun to count the query strings. :winkwink:

The private messaging system would have the fuck abused right out of it within minutes of it being enabled.

You know, that's what they said about the search feature, but there comes a time for change and advance.

The PM feature works fine on Xbiz- and it can also be 'hacked' to prevent this so called imaginary 'abuse'. (And this isn't the biggest board out there, either. Stile Project has some 500,000 members. DeviantART has over a million.)
