FABLE vs. PRINCE OF PERSIA
Has anyone here played FABLE and now playing or played Prince of Persia Warrier within? I'm just curious. I loved Fable and I just bought Price of Persia and wondering how alike they are. 1. Gameplay 2. Ease of play and use of magic and primary weapons 3. Graphics 4. Storyline 5. Overall 1-5 rating... Any takers? |

 | MIKE!!! If you like Fable... dude. Get "Star Ocean: Till the End of Time" It's a stupid long game but this is the second best RPG I have ever played. TRUST me on this one. If you want to borrow it first I can drop it off with you in Vegas. |

Second best? Have you ever played Earthbound for the SNES? Best RPG ever.

 | I was never a big RPG gamer, but I did like fable. The down side is, I allways got lost in the forest and it fucked up the gameplay for me. Right now the game is just collecting dust somewhere. |

Hehe... Never played Crono Trigger. I actually hate RPGs. Earthbound was one of the few I've ever played, and one of the fewer that I've actually enjoyed, and the only one I ever finished.

I really liked FABLE because it was easy to learn how to play and not too complicated. I started on a computer by playing Ultima way back when.. Fable is good.. no crazy special moves to learn and everything was easy. Final fantasy looks too damn involved and too much to learn. When did star ocean come out and is it XBOX or PS2?

 | The only things with Fable I found a bit irritating was that the game was a little bit short and that you couldn't continue to play secondary quests after you finished the game.

I don't have much patience for games like that anymore. I guess I'm getting old and my reflexes are going. I didn't like Ninja Gaiden either because it was too dam hard. It's similar to Prince of Persia, as far as gameplay goes.

Thanks evildick... thats why I use to play the old old APPLE game Ultima cuz it was turned base. I hate fighting games where you have to be quick with your controller and know special moves and shit. But Fable was actually really easy to fight with.. Just an awesome game. And yes from reading the Price of Persia manual I can tell its more of a fighting game. I just hope not too much

It seems like they are all too hard for me now. Especially the old Megaman games. I used to keep playing them till I beat them back then, but now I have no patience.
