To come close to population, if you take, eg Europe as an equivalent US, why should Europe pay 37139Mill and the US only 16254Mill?

Even cutting Europe in half, the US still does not come close in contrubution terms, - nevermind any other continents.

Why should the US consume 25% of natural resouces while only 5% of the world's population live there?

I'm not trying some "contest" - it just seems illogical that claims are made for the US, yet the figures don't match, while you seem to have some dispute over US foreign aid and GDP.
