My first one is the same one every year

1. Live everyday like it is your last(dont put off what you want and should do today cause tommorrow may never come!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Add one more day consistantly with my trainer.

3. make my weight goal by end of 05 - 35 down 50 to go.
