Nope, one thing changed after sept. 11 - The flight Deck has to remain sterile below 10,000 ft. Meaning cockpit door must be kept closed, noone enters and noone leaves. But i don't think any airliner really enforces that rule either.

Staying a week in Miami, a week in NY and then some time in Vegas.....

well, you did it months in advance alright . . . it reminds me of my friend's sister that bought tickets to see Dave Mathews, drives 25 miles to the venue only to discover that the tixs were for his show in San Antonio, TX and she thought it was the show in Hollywood, CA
