I believe zup caught us with our pants down, doing 9pm scheduled maintenance on one of the shared web servers. The upgrade took a bit longer than expected, which should not have been customer-visible. In any case, no one should have seen more than 10 minutes outage.

In either case, sorry for the trouble!
