I am looking for movie content for TGP! postings. I prefer the ones which are divided in to small parts.(around 6-10 parts). And i really need it cheap...

why are you wanting to waste video content on a TGP? This is not exactly your target market. You have heard of target market before, right?

Video/movie content is best targeted to surfers with a broadband Internet connection, and these surfers are not wasting their time on TGPs, going through endless lists of sites with static pics, trying to find one with video content. They are going to MGPs.

You submit movies to a TGP you are going to end up with 80k surfers with their 1200 baud modems trying to download your content and succeeding only in tying up and bogging down your server so that no one gets anything.

Granted, this is a very efficient way of cutting down on bandwidth usage, but it makes for a very difficult sale/conversion.

Just my professional opinion.

First of all, Thank you for your advice.

I will upload them to a server which will not crash because of the high bandwith and i will not pay for bandwith. And i will pay just 15 bucks for this movie content and this will be all the money that is coming out of my pocket. And if i can get one sign up, the money paid to the content will be covered. And i am sure that i can get more than one sign up. So i guess it worths... What do you think?

btw, can any body post their comments, stats on movie galleries, i really need that...

as for the hosts bannerless freehosting for a month...so, you're ok with burning up their bandwidth bill with movies? Let me ask you this...can you convert TGP traffic? If not, then you'd better reconsider movie post traffic...I know of a handful of people who actually make money with movie galleries and believe me, these guys can covnert the shit out of tgp traffic...

Do you relize when you give away free movies you hurt this industry a bit more each time? Do you even care?

I just don't want to see you posting complaining about crappy ratios, when all the free content is the cause of it (well, that and people not understanding what targeting and advertsing are)

First of all, nothing would change with an individual movement. If every webmaster agrees to not post movies to tgps, sure i will follow them,but since many people posts lots of movies everyday, it would not change anything if i post or not. There is only one solution to this; content providers may forbid their content to be posted on the tgps. Then this will make a difference. Other than that everything would be non effective.

Sure you not posting doesn't change anything, but do you really think you'd making any sort of profit if you had to pay for your own hosting?

Do you know how to optimize those clips? Can you shrink them down to 100k? Can you create compelling reasons for the surfer on why they should join your sponsors? You've just given them free movies...what do you have left to sell them on with a paysite? You've just educated a surfer that they can get movies for FREE. These are the questions you should ask yourself before even considering movie posting. The surfer is not your friend, they are your COMMODITY...the surfer is the Hun's friend because the Hun's purpose in life is to make your counter spin. Have you ever wondered why the Hun SELLS the top spots on his list? If his surfers were truly buyers, wouldn't he just toss up a couple more advertising banners? The surfer is the sponsor's friend only after they've bought something...

This is a business...if you want to be in the charity racket, open a church...

Yeah i will get them done tonight by a friend who does nothing but posting movies. ANd i do make alot of money off the tgps, and i am sure that i will make money off the movie galleries as well. Even if i don't i don't give a fuck because i don't fucking loose anything but 10 bucks for the movies.

The reason I ask those questions is that 99% of newbies (hell even a bunch of oldbies) have no clue how to sell...they toss up 30 hardcore pics, a shit banner and submit to the hun and hope for a signup or two...
