So for every 10,000 signups they'll give away $10k ?

I think it means that at least 100 people have to make 100 signups or less making 100 multiples.

You have a problem with reading comprehension I guess.

In order to get a ticket you have to make 100 sales. When 100 tickets have been given out there will be a drawing.

No, there has not been a drawing yet, and there are only a few people that have tickets. But I don't know how many have been accumulated.
