Where do you pervs get your health insurance?

Hey guys, where do you go to get your health insurance? My wife has it through her job for her and the kids, but Im uninsured, and she wont be working there long so I need to find something.

What are some good places and about how much per months is it?

I get health and dental insurance through my mom until im 23 because she is a teacher and gets it like that.

.. Shit man.. on the 1st I have a dentist appointment for getting my wizdom teeth out.. Its just an appointment that the orthadonist will take a look and see what is up. Then scedule a time to pluck all 4 of em.

My regular dentist gave me a perscription of coding for the time being. They go good with beer... heh.

Any storys on what its like when ya get the wizdom teeth pulled.. I have heard all diffrent things.

Ya dude. Sometimes when I try to sleep my whole head feels like it gonna pop. The teeth are inverted and pushing into my jaw.. I kinda cant wait tell they get yanked.. I can sleep normally again..

In February, I had all four wisdom teeth out, and a cyst / abscess removed from a front tooth, all at the same time, in hospital.

As long as your wisdom teeth aren't horribly impacted, or growing at some bizarre angle, it shouldn't be too bad. I was quite swollen for about three days, no real pain to speak of (lovely drugs) and within a week I was eating properly again.

And I'm British, so my teeth are really bad

When I had mine done I was doped up & it still hurt like hell. Of course, the roots of my teeth were long & curled inward. It took about a week to eat normal again.

just hope you dont get a dry socket after they pull them, i had on of mine yanked 3 weeks ago and still cant chew on that one side. hurt like someone was tring to pull it out with pliers for two weeks straight! and the vicodene did not do shit for the pain.

also make sure you go some where they put you out! i did not and my dentist sucked. took her like 35 mins of cutting and prying to get mine out, came out in like 5 pieces it was a fucking nightmare from hell. she gave me a few shots in my mouth and started cutting on my gums and my mouth was not all the way numb, she was like im sorry the shots must not have kicked in yet.

i have 3 to go but finding someone thats going to put me out this time. i have heard of people saying that its no big deal and it only took them 5 mins to yank the tooth but that depends on how good the dentist is and how the tooth is in your gums.

On a serious note... ;)

Make sure to incorporate your biz (if you haven't already) then join your local Chamber of Commerce or other community small business oprganizations. There are a lot of insurance companies that will let smaller businesses combine with each other to get the reduced rates many larger corporations get.

There is also The National Association For The Self-Employed that offers such benefits.

You might also want to give a call to your local SBA or SCORE office.
