Those of you living in LasVegas, who is the best accident attorney there? Who is the big shot guy that advertises on TV and such? A friend just called me, he is in Vegas on vacation and got in an accident, he can look ina phone book and find some random attorneys, but he wants to go with a good one.

Don't go with Glen Lerner unless it's a really bad accident. If he can't see big $$$ he will put you at the bottom of the pile with a paralegal to handle it. I used him when a truck backed into me and it took a over a year to get 2G because his paralegal "misplaced" a written statement of fault by the truck driver.

Use Ed Bernstein...if you're a small claim, you'll be stuck with a paralegal, but even his paralegals are better than most regular ambulance chasers....Comment
